Premier League Last Fan Standing Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (Terms)

These Terms should be read in accordance with the Last Fan Standing rules available at: https://www.premierleague.com/en/games/lastfanstanding/rules-faqs (Rules). In the event of conflict between the Terms and the Rules, these Terms shall prevail.

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No purchase necessary.

A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. PRIZE DRAW: The Premier League 2025/26 Last Fan Standing is an online prize draw (the “Prize Draw”), run via the PL’s website and app and sponsored by the Football Association Premier League [Limited, company number 02719699, of Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (“PL”). PL will administer the Prize Draw. 

2. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD. The Prize Draw begins at 13:00 GMT on 09 March 2026 –  the date on which Last Fan Standing ends, in accordance with the Rules (the “Prize Draw Period”). 

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are aged thirteen (13) and above, hold a registered PL account, and who have entered Last Fan Standing in accordance with paragraph 4 below (“Entrant”). Employees of the PL and its respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw and Entrants are subject to all applicable local laws. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. If you are under 18, you may need your parent/guardian to help you with your use of the Game and with reading these Terms. 4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant must submit a prediction in Last Fan Standing on the PL’s website or app between 13:00 GMT on 9 March 2026 and 20:00 GMT on Friday 20 March (or such other deadline as set out in writing by the PL) (“Entry Period”) in accordance with the Rules and confirm acceptance of these Terms (each an “Entry”).

5. An Entry can be submitted at any time during the Entry Period. Entrants are permitted to submit a maximum of one (1) Entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins, addresses or through any other methods, may void all of that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Incomplete, illegible or corrupt entries will not constitute a valid Entry. 

6. The PL reserves the right to disqualify any Entry which is, or a portion of it is, inappropriate, promotional, obscene, profane, lewd, derogatory, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined in the PL’s  sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with the PL’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by the PL in its sole discretion.

7. DRAWING THE WINNER. There will be an opportunity for one (1) Entrant to be selected as the overall winner of Last Fan Standing (“Main Winner”). The Main Winner will be determined by the PL at its discretion in accordance with the Rules following the completion of the Prize Draw Period. There will be an opportunity for ten (10) Entrants to be selected as additional winners (“Ten Winners”). The Ten Winners will be selected at random by the PL. The odds of being a Winner will depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the Entry Period. Together, the Main Winner and the Ten Winners shall constitute the “Winners”, each being a “Winner”. 

8. PRIZES.

  • Main Winner: To the extent that it is reasonably practicable and possible, as determined solely by the PL, the Main Winner will receive two (2) hospitality tickets for a Premier League match (selected at the PL’s discretion) plus reasonable travel costs and three (3) nights’ accommodation (“Main Prize”).  
  • Ten Winners: To the extent that it is reasonably practicable and possible, as determined solely by the PL, each of the Ten Winners will receive one (1) official Premier League club shirt (with the club to be selected at the PL’s sole discretion) (“Supplementary Prize”). 

Together, the Main Prize and Supplementary Prize shall constitute the “Prizes, each being a “Prize.  

The PL shall not be obliged to accommodate any requests made by a Winner in relation to the Prizes. If you are under 18, you may register to take part in the Prize Draw, however the permission of a parent or guardian is required to receive a Prize. Such permission must include confirmation that the parent/guardian agrees to the Entrant’s Entry to the Prize Draw and they agree to the Entrant being awarded a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, this permission is separate to the permission that must be obtained by all Players under the age of 13 to set up a Premier League account, which is required to play the Prize Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, the Main Winner may also be randomly drawn as one of the Ten Winners.  

9. The Prizes are subject to availability and eligibility, and the PL reserves the right to later amend, substitute or withdraw any element. If the Winner is not able to demonstrate their compliance with the eligibility requirements set out herein, or is disqualified for any other reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the PL, the PL, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to withdraw a Prize or any element of it, and the right to select a new Winner in accordance with these Terms. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered in any circumstance. 

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION. A Winner will be notified via email within seventy-two (72) hours of the PL selecting their Entry as a Winner. The PL shall make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact a Winner within seventy-two (72) hours of first notifying a Winner and reserves the right to contact a Winner via their social media accounts, if a Winner has provided the PL with such information in their Entry. A Winner will be required to respond to the direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the initial notification by the PL. If a Winner fails to respond within this time, their Winner status may be forfeited, and the PL reserves the right to select a new Winner in accordance with these TermsA Winner is subject to verification by the PL, and the PL may request any reasonable documentation or proof of eligibility including valid proof of age. 

11. If any aspect of the Prize, is affected, amended, cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond PL’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, national catastrophes, advice against any travel by any Government or official authority for any reason (including by way of example only and without limitation by reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the World Health Organisation or any internationally recognised medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure, the PL and its agencies will not be responsible and the Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Any and all state and/or local income and other taxes on the Prize are a Winner’s sole responsibility.

12. All information and personal data shall be controlled by the PL in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at https://www.premierleague.com/privacy-policy. To the extent that any information contained within an Entry constitutes personal data (as defined in UK GDPR) is disclosed in relation to the Prize Draw, the PL shall ensure that they and all their agents observe the requirements of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and any amendments, schedules or revisions thereto) and shall protect the security, privacy and integrity of the personal data and personal data shall only be processed in accordance with these Terms or the instructions of the PL. The PL shall use the information in the applicable Entry for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw only and no personal data shall be used for direct marketing unless the Entrant has provided consent to such direct marketing by ticking the ‘opt-in’ box to direct marketing when submitting the Entry.

13. By submitting an Entry, a Winner grants to the PL a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute any element of their Entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented, including any accompanying photographs of the Winner with the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL may make use of a Winner’s Entry, their proper name and country of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Prize Draw, without payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

14. The PL shall not be liable or responsible for errors in the administration or fulfilment of the Prize Draw, including without limitation mechanical, technical human, printing, distribution or production errors. The PL shall be ultimately responsible for determining eligibility, in its sole discretion.

15. The Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Prize Draw, or use or redemption of a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL cannot accept any liability to any Entrant for any of the following types of loss which an Entrant may suffer as a result of their Entry.

a. loss which was not foreseeable to an Entrant and the PL when the Entrant first entered any of the Prize Draw, (even if that loss results from the PL’s failure to comply with these Terms or its negligence); 

b. any business loss an Entrant may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of the PL’s default); or 

c. loss which an Entrant suffers other than as a result of the PL’s failure to comply with these Terms (or any typographical or other error contained herein) and the PL’s negligence or breach of statutory duty. 

16. Nothing in these Terms will limit the PL’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or if the PL deliberately lied to Entrants before an Entry was submitted.

17. In the event of any breach by an Entrant of these Terms, the PL reserves the right to: 

a. refuse entry into the Prize Draw; or

b. disqualify an Entry and Entrants from the Prize Draw.

18. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Prize Draw, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

19. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER. Confirmation that a Winner has been selected will be shared in due course once the Winner has formally accepted their Prize. Any request for further information should be made via the Entrant’s account.
